THE OPPORTUNITY : The Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote Jushi’s retail and brands.

This position requires a combination of marketing expertise and graphic design skills to create engaging content that drives sales and builds brand awareness.

Execute the distribution of promotional messaging for Jushi’s retail brands (Beyond Hello, NuLeaf and Nature’s Remedy) Create digital content that engages customers and drives sales including.

Design email, SMS / Push campaigns, social media posts, and other digital marketing materials. Maintain the retail brand's online presence, including social media accounts, website content, and online advertising campaigns.

Identify target audiences, create tailored marketing campaigns, and track effectiveness. Work closely with the retail and merchandising team to understand needs and create marketing campaigns that drive sales.

Work with retail to design and fulfill in-store signage and other needs. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE : Proven experience in marketing and graphic design. Excellent design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Knowledge of the cannabis industry and related regulations is a plus.

Experience with web design and digital marketing is a mandatory. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in developing creative and campaigns Excellent communications skills Creativity and the ability to develop original content.

Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
