Our client, a distributor specializing in wireless communications in Carlstadt, NJ is looking for a Forklift Operator / Cable Processor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift Using Forklift to place reels of cable onto winder machines
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to place reels of cable onto winder machines.
- Unravel specific lengths of cable and cut cable with wire cutters.
- Box cable and prepare it for shipments.
- Lift up to 50 lbs as required.
Skills :
- Skilled in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment. Forklift certification is required.
- Must possess good math skills.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to forklift operation.
Pay and Schedule :
- Monday to Friday
- 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
- $17.00
