They’re seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Supervisor to join their expanding team, where you'll excel as a communicator, problem-solver, and advocate for excellence.

About the Role :
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in producing high-quality products.
We're looking for someone with leadership experience, technical proficiency, and a drive for continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate Has :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent High School Diploma / GED with 10 years of supervisory (leadership) experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory / leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with technical and mechanical understanding.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and SAP preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to grow into higher management roles.
