About the Role :

In this role you will analyze sales and marketplace data, create reports and dashboards for business insights, contribute to the sales strategy, help map and document a unified sales process, and collaborate across teams.

It requires an understanding of the healthcare industry and 5+ years of sales operations experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

  • Create reports and dashboards to gain insights into the health of the business.
  • Contribute to designing the Go-To-Market plan under the annual sales strategy planning cycle and manage updates as directed by sales leadership to the ongoing process.

This includes account segmentation, resource allocation, territory assignment, etc.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to analyze and streamline the reporting of service line metrics and results.
  • Identify areas for improvement and manage training on the sales & marketing technology stack including Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Definitive Healthcare, etc.

to enhance overall sales operational efficiency.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to provide real-time insights into sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends.
  • Create and manage a sales playbook that outlines expected Salesforce documentation and follow up. Provide training and support to sales teams on the sales process from prospecting, initial meeting to close, and Salesforce CRM best practices, ensuring maximum utilization of the CRM and data capture.
  • Implement and enforce data quality standards to maintain the accuracy and reliability of data within Salesforce.

Knowledge and Experience :

  • Understanding of various organizational business functions and processes within an organization including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Familiarity with Healthcare sector and updated on healthcare industry trends
  • Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools to interpret and derive insights from large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, recommend solutions, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Salesforce expertise with solid functional understanding of Salesforce CRM and strong experience with creating and maintaining reports and dashboards (Prior SF administrator status or Tableau experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation & integration with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables
  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales operations / strategy roles
