POSITION SUMMARY :
This position will be responsible for coordinating with customers; delivery, installation, machine removal, conversions and service on Ainsworth Class III, Class II, ESTS and HHR products in the North American territory.
This position will require constant contact with Service Supervisors and technicians for current status on job activities, and will be responsible for all phases of Astro, Pronto Service Module and other programs that the Service department is currently using.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prompt response to all necessary emails & voice messages
- Preparation of customer folder for all newly assigned orders
- Coordinate date with customer
- Communicate scheduled delivery and install date(s) to all necessary departments
- Confirm coordinated job with the customer
- Update all required programs; Tech Schedule, Astro, Pronto, Outlook .etc
- Receiving of deliveries, not to include machines
- Accept customer service phone calls and contact / direct to the appropriate Service technicians
- Maintain an accurate knowledge of all Ainsworth products
- Any other tasks as assigned, but not limited to the above
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Education / Experience
1 to 3 years work experience in the Gaming Field or equivalent work experience.
Must be able to be registered with Nevada Gaming Control Board.
Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
Must maintain and have a current driver’s license along with maintaining a clean driving record.
Knowledge and Skills
1 to 3 years MS Office work experience along with strong computer skills.
Proficient in business writing and communication skills.
Physical Characteristics
Must be able to lift boxes in excess of 25 lbs.
