BCForward is currently looking for Data Entry Clerk-Administrative in Arden Hills, MN 55126

Position Title : Data Entry Clerk-Administrative

Location : Arden Hills, MN 55126

Expected Duration : 10+ Months

Shift : Mon-Fri Flexible 6AM-6PM (8 hour days)

Job Description :

• Process inbound receiving data on a timely basis with high degree of accuracy.
• Clerical support and payroll support.
• Support daily entry of receiving data into database.
• Reconcile physical receipt of tickets against database.
• Analyze reports to identify missing tickets.
• Save electronic tickets to specified folders.
• Input and / or validate producer payroll data.

Skills :

• Proficient and accurate data entry of a variety of sales programs and events.
• 10 Key entry skills a must.
• Excellent communication skills including, the ability to verbally communicate clearly.
• Clarify problems or issues. Good listening skills.
• Professional and courteous. Positive attitude.

Knowledge :

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.
• Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of office practices, business and administrative procedures.

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent

Skills :

Data Entry of Numbers using the 10 key is vital.
