Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Analyze financial performance and market trends to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and optimize financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and risk management.
- Oversee cash flow planning and management to maintain liquidity and meet financial obligations.
- Manage relationships with banking partners and other financial institutions.
- Optimize working capital and investment strategies.
- Assess and manage financial risks, including credit, market, operational, and liquidity risks.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Supervise and coordinate financial reporting, tax, and treasury functions.
- Monitor and improve financial systems, processes, and procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize the organization's tax position while ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Oversee all tax planning, reporting, and filing activities, including income tax, sales tax, and other tax-related matters.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors and authorities as necessary to resolve tax-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant accounting standards in financial reporting.
- Stay up to date with changes in accounting principles, tax laws, and reporting regulations to ensure the organization's adherence to best practices.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and prevent fraud.
- Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Mentor and develop finance professionals to enhance their skills and contributions.
- Participate in due diligence and financial analysis for potential acquisitions and partnerships.
- Oversee financial integration and post-acquisition activities.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies to advance company objectives and drive growth.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective resource management, while monitoring performance metrics and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in a large organization or corporate setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Demonstrated track record in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic financial projects.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the capability to drive organizational change and innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
