Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide developmentally and educationally based intervention to improve safety and independence
- Input data into secure, computerized systems for reports and billing
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination for OTR
- Current state licensure or license eligible
- Early Intervention Temporary or Full Credential
- Regular attendance

Pay : $74.00 - $84.00 per hour
