Work under the direction of the Executive Sous chefs and Executive Chef to execute activities of the culinary banquet department, lead the shift and maintain established operational standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure proper recipes, portioning, cooking, garnishing and timeliness of food preparation.
• Supervise all banquet BOH Staff in the daily operations of the kitchen to ensure quality and timeliness of products.
• Respond quickly to special dietary, allergy and religious food request when needed.
• Follows up to ensure guest / member satisfaction.
• Works well with the FOH managers and employees to ensure communication and teamwork.
• Working Conditions : Must be willing to work nights, weekends and Holidays
• Must have valid Serv Safe or equal certification
