Leader in distribution of specialty building materials is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to grow long-term with our organization. This role is crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting sales growth.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct daily in-person and phone sales calls to secure orders.
- Cross-sell products to existing customers.
- Coordinate material deliveries and maintain positive customer relations.
- Network with key decision-makers via phone.
- Quote prices, prepare proposals, and provide sales information.
- Maintain sales records and generate market / sales reports.
- Investigate and resolve customer delivery issues.
- Research and propose product enhancements for increased sales.
- Liaise with Inside Sales for order processing.
- Proactively establish new customer contacts.
Qualifications :
5 years of sales experience, industry knowledge preferred.Proficient in Microsoft applications and internet-based data sourcing.Strong analytical and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent time management and interpersonal communication skills.Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.Company offering great compensation and industry leading benefit package.
