Overview :

To support our growth Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Facilities and Project Manager. The Facilities and Project Manager will support all things facilities management related and manage projects for the Proud Moments portfolio.

The role will manage facilities maintenance and repair requests, oversee all maintenance and repairs through completion, and partner with local operations teams to review work to be done, solicit bids and approve spend.

The Facilities and Project Manager will also support the De Novo Growth Team Lead as necessary.

Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21.

Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Our highly qualified BCBA / LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts / Licensed Behavior Analysts) possess years of experience and training and utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs.

Proud Moments ABA services 13 states and growing. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care, scheduled at families’ convenience.

Responsibilities :

As a Facilities and Project Manager at Proud Moments ABA, you'll be challenged to realize your potential :

Manage work orders for all facilities maintenance and repair requests.

Oversee all maintenance and repairs through completion.

Partner with local operations teams to review, approve and solicit bids.

Travel to centers as necessary to evaluate existing conditions or requested improvements.

Manage de novo, expansion and center renovations and special projects as needed.

Develop facilities management catalog for vendors, contractors and partnerships.

Explore and implement new best practices related to facilities and center management.

Ensure all facilities have necessary maintenance agreements, pest control, landscaping, etc. in place per the lease.

Review existing leases as needed to evaluate scope responsibilities.

Assist in transferring all utilities into PM’s name for new centers.

Work with property managers and landlords on building or systems related issues.

Upkeep and manage all center’s contact lists and maintenance agreements.

Review new / renewed agreements for maintenance, janitorial, landscaping and others.

Assist as needed on other related duties or special projects.

Qualifications :

As an ideal Facilities and Project Manager candidate, you bring to Proud Moments ABA :

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in construction management, facilities management, engineering, architecture or business management, required.

2+ years in construction, project, or facilities management experience required.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time.

Ability to travel nationwide, 25% + of the time.

Proven ability to work in a fast paced, growth focused environment.

Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft office suite, Smartsheet and other enterprise systems.

Experience with facilities management or project management software is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, organization, and the ability to develop a network of trusted working relationships with vendors, peers and other stakeholders.

Salary Range : $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 Annually
