- Must have : Advanced skills needed : Hemodynamic and ventilator managementProcedures performed on unit : Chest tube placement, ventriculostomy, moderate sedation, CRRT, therapeutic hypothermia;
ECMO, arterial line and central line placementCertifications Required : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS(preferred but not required- TNCC)
