The Springs of Broadway is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic rehab team. Your role will help residents regain mobility, build strength, and get back to living with confidence—all while being supported by a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

What You’ll Do :

Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

Assist in implementing personalized care plans to improve residents’ mobility, strength, and function

Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment as directed

Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, holistic care

Document services and communicate outcomes effectively

What You Bring :

Active Arkansas PTA license

Solid clinical and interpersonal skills

Flexible PRN availability and a strong team mindset
