Receptionist/ Bus Driver
Cache Valley Assisted Living is looking for a friendly, energetic, dependable individual to join our team as our new receptionist / bus driver!
This position involves working with seniors, family members, and professionals in a fun and rewarding environment.
Anticipated hours would be 8 am - 4 pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities :
- Answering phones
- Communicating resident's needs with the care staff
- Greeting and assisting residents and family members in resolving concerns
- Scheduling
- Filing
- Maintaining records
- Timesheet corrections
- Any other duties as assigned by the administrator
- Driving the bus taking residents to appointments.
Requirements :
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Be able to multitask
- Be a team player
- Have a friendly attitude
- Possess a love for the elderly population
- Excellent time management
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Valid driver's license, with good driving record
A background check First Aid / CPR and TB test are required upon hire.
