Job Summary :
The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with standard cellular, molecular, and immunological techniques.
This position will be responsible for providing in-vitro support for both rank-ordering and mechanistic assays in a fast-paced and heavily matrixed environment.
Additional responsibilities will include assay development and optimization using cell lines, primary cells, and co-culture assays, and the use of Vividion’s proprietary chemical proteomics platform.
Requirements :
Education and Experience requirements :
- BS / MS with 8+ years’ experience in molecular biology, cellular biology, immunology or a related field
- Expertise in molecular biology techniques such as cloning, qPCR, RNAseq and ChiPseq is high desired
- Experience in multi-color flow cytometry, Western blot, ELISA / Luminex / MSD
- Expertise in validating and executing cellular assays using mouse and human primary cells or cell lines to test the activity of compounds
- Ability to research the literature and present ideas to support target validation or compound testing

Pay & Benefits :
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $88,000 to $105,000 depending on relevant skills, experience, and education.
In addition, this position is eligible for target bonus, long-term-incentives, 401k retirement savings plan with company match, and a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and / or eligibility.
