POSITION DETAILS :

• Starting Pay rate : $24.00 / hour
• Job Type : Full-time
• Location : TXS Carlisle PA #4 7099 Carlisle Pike, Carlisle, PA 17015

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform local deliveries to K-12 schools.
• Drive newer Peterbilt and Freightliner trucks equipped with lift gates and both electric and manual pallet jacks
• Use a 2-wheel dolly for deliveries to locations without docks.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and accident-free driving record.

WORK SCHEDULE :

• Monday - Friday (occasional layover)
• Day Shift Start Times : 3am-6am until route is complete
• Average : 45-55 hours in a 5-day work week

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• Valid Class A Driver's License
• DOT Medical Certificate
• Motor Vehicle Record (10 years)
• Proficiency in driving a manual transmission
• TWIC card a plus
• Able to pass pre-employment drug, background screenings, and fingerprinting
