Pat Plumbing, Heating and Air in Topeka, KS is actively seeking full-time Plumbing Service Technicians to diagnose, service, repair, and perform maintenance in our customers' homes.

As a Service Plumber with us, you can expect to run an average of 2-3 appts per day. We prioritize the quality of service over the quantity of calls.

We value your personal time by having an on-call environment that ends at 10 pm nightly so you can spend quality time with your loved ones.

Our Plumbers average 40-45 hrs per week . When you excel here you are rewarded with performance bonuses for excellent customer service given to our customers.

We have year-round work with minimal slow time and never a layoff.

PAY & BENEFITS

Our plumbers earn 75-85K on average per year. We also provide top-notch benefits and perks , including medical, dental, life insurance, retirement with company match, maternity / paternity leave, paid time off (PTO) for vacation and sick, paid birthday and paid holidays.

Additionally, we offer our plumbers a paid uniform service, paid on and offsite training, a company-provided vehicle, iPad, phone stipend and additional incentives and bonuses .

Plus, we split the medical, dental, and vision premiums down the middle and pay all of the life insurance premiums. To sweeten the deal, we also offer a relocation bonus for those moving to our service area, as well as hiring and referral bonuses .

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• 2+ years of experience as a plumber
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative to get things done
• Enjoy working with others and being on a high functioning team
• Maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to grow personally and professionally
• Journeyman or Master License desired but not required
