Pay : $20 - $24 / hr (Depending on Experience)
Job Description :
Answer incoming calls and transfer accordingly
Assist with creation of stock certificates & client binders
Open and (if necessary) scan mail
Maintain front office reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen
Maintain office supply levels
Prepare outgoing mail
Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements :
Proven ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salesforce / CRM experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
