We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer, who is passionate about associate experience, endpoint management and security.

The role is part of a team focused on ensuring associates have the right level of access and approved applications on their Windows and Mac devices.

What You’ll Do : Provide subject matter expertise on endpoint application and policy management including the configuration, integration and deployment of enterprise policiesManage 3rd Party Privileged Access Management Solution including interacting with the vendor to help drive feature requests and resolve open issuesWork with partner teams to test and rollout changes to endpointsProvide guidance on endpoint policy and application decisionsGovernance for the enterprise approved product listReview and approve elevation requestsProvide project updates to leadership including tracking milestones and metricsWork with Line of Business associates to advise on solutions that reduce endpoint riskSupport Cyber Security Operations Center Investigations / Inquiry RequestsEnsure compliance with corporate Governance, Security-Risk and Audit policies, procedures, and best practices.

Support controls testing, audit responses and investigations Identify gaps in controls, processes, systems and recommend solutionsDevelop technical documentation, policies, and procedures for endpoint application and policy use and support.

May be required to participate in on call rotations Basic Qualifications : High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 2 years of experience supporting macOS and Windows operating systems At least 2 years of experience supporting endpoint management and security policies (JAMF, InTune, VMWare Workspace One UEM)At least 2 year experience in scripting languages (Python, Powershell, Shell or JavaScript) Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or EngineeringExperience in Database languages (SQL) Experience implementing and managing endpoint privileged management solutionExperience managing mixed environments of Mac / PC / LinuxExperience in managing large scale deployments of tools to endpointsExperience in Process Automation, Microsoft Windows Native security tools, Windows PowerShell Scripting or Linux Shell ScriptingExperience with configuration and incident managementManaged partner relationships, especially those involving vendors that provide servicesAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position (i.
