Duties and Responsibilities :
TriSalus’ Sales and Marketing Support Specialist will work to form stronger partnerships with our current and potential customers and stakeholders.
- Maintains direct contact with customers before and after the sale.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with current and potential customers while working to establish a positive rapport with every engagement.
- Maintain excellent record keeping of customer interactions.
- Assist in the development of marketing literature and collateral.
- Send out marketing literature to both internal and external clients.
- Work with the team on events, vendor management, and scheduling.
- Assist with the registration, travel, accommodation, and expenses of event attendees and staff.
- Maintain an updated event calendar and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on event details and updates.
- Receive invoices for Marketing and Sales and utilize DocuSign for authorized signature and forward to Accounts Payable for processing.
- Support Sales Representatives with Value Analysis Committee (VAC) processes. This includes internal documentation, materials, application support, and process tracking.
- Support customer agreements and onboarding. Support in customer consignment, pricing, rebate, and standard agreements for hospital compliance, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), and ad hoc agreements.
- Processing Dosimetry badges.
- Front-line support for Veeva CRM administration requests from the sales team.
- Facilitate Credentialing by approving requests for employment confirmation from credentialing authorities and coordinating information flow for credentialing submission by rep.
- Other things as assigned include pulling Marketing literature for the sales team, ordering magnetic name badges, pulling scrubs, setting up lead fittings, etc.
- The position is located in Westminster, Colorado.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field or equivalent experience
Work Experience :
- 5-7 yrs of experience supporting Marketing and Sales Teams.
- Experience in Med Device or Pharma environment preferred.
- Experience planning and managing events.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and / or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
