Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Director (SRD), the District Business Leader (DBL) will be responsible for the leadership of a team of Territory Business Managers (TBM’s) representing two CNS products for Schizophrenia and Bipolar-1 disorder.
This will be accomplished by successfully leading, coaching and developing a diverse, high-performing sales team to exceed sales goals within an assigned geographic area.
Territory : 8-10 reps in Greater Los Angeles
This position offers the potential for career development and a competitive compensation package including new hire equity.
Compensation : Competitive base salary (depending on experience & current comp), $65k ICP, car, all expenses paid and full benefits 401k, plus equity.
Requirements :
- BA / BS is required
- 7+ years of specialty pharmaceutical / biotech experience. 3+ years of front-line leadership within specialty pharmaceuticals.
CNS, injectable experience ideal.
- Must live within the geography of responsibility
- Driver's license must be in good standing
- Will be required to show proof of completing a COVID-19 vaccine series as a condition of employment, subject to medical / religious accommodations as required by law
