About the Role
They’re on the lookout for a Forensic Architect with a solid background in design and construction, ideally with some hands-on construction experience.
This role is all about investigation rather than new builds you’ll dive into building systems, track down the root causes of defects, and put together solid, evidence-backed reports for legal and insurance cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed on-site inspections and investigations of building failures and construction defects.
- Analyze building codes, regulations, and technical documents to assess compliance and identify issues.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and provide expert insights for claims and legal cases.
- Collaborate with attorneys, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver well-supported findings.
- Utilize AI-driven tools and technology to streamline report generation and data analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience : 5-15 years in architecture or construction, ideally with forensic experience or a strong interest in this area.
- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and construction practices; familiarity with AI and technology-driven processes is a plus.
- Mindset : Thick-skinned, resilient, and objective comfortable presenting findings in high-stakes scenarios.
- Hands-On Background : Practical construction experience (e.g., roofing, carpentry) is highly valued.
- Education / Certifications : Architectural license preferred.
