Registered Nurse Evening Supervisor
Brooklyn Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN)Supervisor to work Evenings (3 : 00pm to 11 : 00pm) in Brooklyn NY.
Duties :
- Complete resident care requirements byscheduling and assigning nursing staff
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support toresidents & families
- Provide informationto residents & staff by answering questions and requests
- Maintain a safe & clean workingenvironment by implementing rules & regulations
- Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidentialinformation processing
- Manage documentationof resident care services
- Promote acooperative relationship among health care teams
Requirements :
- Must hold validRegistered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3years LongTerm Care experience required
- Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members ofthe staff
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribingprograms
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
