Health Partner Incentive Analyst III

The Health Partner Incentive Analyst III is responsible for compiling and analyzing financial and clinical data related to health partner incentive programs.

Essential Functions :

• Prepare and review integrated reporting on health partner incentive programs for providers and management on a timely and accurate basis
• Develop, enhance, and maintain internal dashboards pertaining to Alternative Payment Model (APM) performance
• Identify trends, develop competitive analysis, and present findings to senior management
• Evaluate and make appropriate improvements to internal analysis processes ensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization
• Ensure contract implementation and maintenance accurately reflect corporate APM program definitions
• Monitor and track implementation of new health partner payment / incentive programs for reporting and measurement
• Provide recommendations on program enhancements supported by research and analysis
• Assist with the management of development efforts for incentive application
• Conduct / review complex user acceptance testing for incentive application development and attribution development
• Develop SOPs related to health partner payment / incentive configuration and maintenance across multiple functional areas
• Conduct post implementation audits to ensure accurate implementation; analyze data to identify and resolve any internal errors
• Conduct process gap analysis and implement appropriate solutions
• Ensure that documentation is accurately maintained for tracking health partners and their respective incentive program specifics
• Conduct / review member attribution analysis to align with population management efforts
• Collect and process supplemental data pertaining to APM programs
• Assist in data reconciliation pertaining to APM programs
• Partner with internal stakeholders for analytic assessment and delivery of reporting
• Perform any other job-related instructions as requested

Compensation Range : $61,500.00 - $98,400.00
