Key Responsibilities :

The Senior Analyst Data Analytics will advance the delivery of meaningful analytics in support of IT performance and objectives.

This role will be analytical and collaborative, and will focus on analysis and reporting across technology teams, including developing and refining metrics dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying and developing improvement opportunities for how senior leaders measure and track performance.

  • Develops and maintains reports and dashboards on financial and operating metrics
  • Performs thorough quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of data and information
  • Provides analytical support, conducts research, reviews and helps evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and IT performance
  • Analyzes current metrics and reporting, identifies gaps, and works with leadership to create and improve metrics
  • Conducts feasibility studies on efforts / costs of reporting on new metrics requirements

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor's Degree and three years of work experience, or in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, 6-9 years of related experience will be accepted in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or equivalent experience
  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience
  • 1+ years of interacting with senior leaders
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (Big Query), Enterprise Data Warehouse, and SQL server
  • Skills in data analysis, data manipulation, and problem solving
  • Skills in dashboard design
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • 1+ years of experience with building reports / dashboards using BI tools (, Tibco Spotfire, Tableau, Domo, PowerBI)
