As our Account Associate, you'll have the chance to establish and promote successful customer relationships by identifying their needs and marketing products or services that maximize customer value.

They possess excellent communication skills and are dedicated to anticipating customer needs and are quick to build rapport.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Comfortable with technology.
- Detail oriented.
