Job Description :
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engagement Manager to join our team in the aerospace sector. As an Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our aerospace customers, ensuring the successful delivery of products and services, and driving customer satisfaction.
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical systems, avionics systems and lead efforts to meet customer needs while aligning with our company's goals and values.
Responsibilities :
Customer Relationship Management :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for aerospace customers, understanding their needs, expectations, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Regularly communicate with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Project Management :
- Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of aerospace projects.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are on track, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
Problem Solving and Solutions :
- Proactively identify potential issues or challenges and work collaboratively to develop solutions.
- Offer expert advice and recommendations to customers on products, services, and strategies that align with their aerospace business goals.
Strategy Development :
- Collaborate with customers to understand their long-term objectives and align our offerings to meet their strategic needs.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies for growing and expanding our engagement within the aerospace sector.
Team Collaboration :
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment by partnering with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure successful execution of projects.
Reporting and Analytics :
- Collect and analyze data related to customer engagement, project outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (+ years) in customer-facing roles within the aerospace industry, such as account management or project management.
- Strong understanding of aerospace products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex situations.
- Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to business growth strategies.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Travel may be required based on customer needs (%).
