We are currently looking new team member to join our facility. The facility is located in Tabor, Iowa and is one of the last family owned and ran Skilled Nursing Facility that has been in business for 46 years.
Now what you get from us as being a family owned and ran facility we do not mandate shifts, we work with your schedules, and we try to invest in our employees.
We as a facility take a lot of pride in the care given by our staff and in return try to go above and beyond for our employees.

We provide personalized, comprehensive support and make living in a facility setting easier and more comfortable for each of our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
