CUSTOMER SERVICE / CRM SPECIALIST Location : Houston, Texas Summary : Opportunity for a talented CRM Specialist to lead the customer relationship management efforts for this growing company.
As a CRM Specialist you will be pivotal in optimizing the CRM system to enhance customer engagement, streamline sales and marketing processes and drive business growth.
Company : A solutions provider of packaging materials for food service, flexible packaging, label and industrial industries with a global presence in the US, India, Korea and China offering multiple products from the latest state of the art plants along with dedicated customer service. . Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service for timely updates to the CRM with funnel management, reporting and escalations.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are proficient in utilizing CRM features and best practices.
- Monitor CRM performance metrics and generate reports to track KPI’s and measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
- Identify automation, integration, and enhancement opportunities within the CRM system to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Champion a customer-centric approach and drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Campaign set up and management.
- Customer segment creation and management. Requirements :
- Three to five years’ experience with a deep understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experience with A / B Testing.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to collaborate effectively internally and with customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data management and GDPR compliance principles.
- Experience working in the packaging or plastics industry would be viewed favorably. Education and Certifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.
- Certification in CRM systems and platforms are a plus.
