Certified Nurse Assistant
We are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team!
You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Must be actively licensed in the state of California as a Nursing Assistant
- CPR or BLS Certification,
- Physical Test and a TB Test (taken within one year)
- Driver's License or State ID
- 6 months experience working as a CNA
Responsibilities
- Handling and serving residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort
- Perform activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals
- Coordinating schedules for residents requiring rehabilitation therapy
- Receiving and escorting visitors
- Providing quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers, and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction
- Medication Management
- Following infection control techniques in performing patient and resident care
- Observing and reporting signs and symptoms of changes in condition
- Exchanging information necessary for quality patient / resident care
- Prioritizing patient / resident activities based on current care needs
- Maintaining all documentation as required by Federal and State regulations and Company policy Benefits
