JobDescription :
Full time hours are normally 40hours per week. Qualified candidates must be flexible and availableto work daily varying schedules between 8am6pm noexceptions.
Required to attend 4 week instructor ledtraining Monday through Friday in the office.
HybridSchedule : In Office : Tuesday Wednesday and Thursdays Aftertraining
Opportunities exist to work overtime based onbusiness need.
Schedules will fluctuate within thistime frame based on business demand.
Candidates should have thefollowing skills and education :
High SchoolDiploma or equivalent
Prior customer facing role or callcenter experience desired
Customer and teamfocused
Excellent verbal and written communicationskills
Able to work in multiple internetbasedsystems
Must be able to learn quickly and becomputer / tech system savvy
At least one year workexperience in a customer facing environment
Position will answer emails chats andcalls from 1800 GET PINK (Roofing and General Services)
