Responsibilities
Position Objective :
The Project Coordinator is an administrative role responsible for supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our healthcare organization.
The incumbent will report to the designated manager in the department (or similar role) and will monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings and ensuring that project deadlines are met promptly.
Responsibilities :
- Effectively coordinate and manage project tasks, timelines, and resources, ensuring the successful and timely completion of projects while adhering to established quality standards and budget constraints
- Actively participate in the development of comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and performance indicators
- Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and the achievement of desired outcomes
- Proactively monitor project progress and develop and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to safeguard project success and maintain stakeholder confidence
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication of project updates, action items, and decisions
- Provide support to project stakeholders by delivering regular updates, addressing concerns or questions, and actively seeking feedback to enhance project performance
- Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance project efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, while promoting a culture of ethical behavior, safety, and patient-centered care within the project team
- Additional duties as assigned
Position Requirements / Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (healthcare administration, business, or project management) preferred
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Must be able to work professionally with confidential information
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
- Must be results-oriented with a focus on quality execution and delivery
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for real-time collaboration
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time
- Communicating with others to exchange information
- Repeating motions that may include the wrist, hands, and / or fingers
- Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned
- Must be able to lift at least 15lbs at times

Pay Range
USD $41,250.00 - USD $59,850.00 / Yr.
