Looking for candidates with Experience in Finance Transformations
Education :
CA / ACCA / CFA / Master's degree in MBA Finance
Experience : 5-10 Yrs consulting work experience in Banking and Capital Markets, good understanding of Payment gateway, retail banking, corporate banking, credit cards, capital management, LIBOR Transaction, KYC, POS, exposure to process / finance transformation, improving customer experience projects and process automation projects
- Strong Dashboarding skills - have experience in data visualization on tools like Tableau, Spotfire, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Alteryx and Power BI.
- Good to have ERP / SAP / Blackline / MS Dynamics exposure
- Willing to work on Sunday to Thursday working week and support MENA timings (11AM - 8.30 PM), as preferred (supporting Middle East Clients)
key responsibilities
- Part of a dynamic team of professionals undertaking Financial Services including Banking and Capital markets domain transformation and optimization projects
- Lead a workstream or being part of the workstream of Business consulting / finance domain consultants
- Worked in the capacity of consultant- demonstrated knowledge about finance value chain to identify gaps and suggest improvement areas in the processes and functions, Finance / Process transformation, Strategy and Future Roadmap, operating model design, benchmarking, CX Transformation, exposure to digital enablement on Banking domain
- Exposure or experience in digital solutions, automation projects will be an added advantage.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; must be able to analyse and prioritize assignments
- Participate actively in supporting the Senior Manager in building an industry focused practice; Specialization in a specific sector will be an added advantage
- Support business development activities through both leading / participate in pursuits and developing strong relationships with existing clients
- Contribute in development of intellectual capital in your industry of expertise
- Be a part of project teams to provide solutions to unstructured problems
Skills and attributes for success
- Industry experience within corporate, retail, capital or digital banking services and operations. exposure to customer experience improvement programs in banking and Financial Services sector
- Demonstrated business and technology expertise across end-to-end banking lifecycles and operating models in Digital Banking including automation (how the passion for technology can be used to create business outcomes)
- Experience in data-related projects - data analytics and dashboarding by leveraging various reporting tools
- Consulting experience in areas related to digital payments, fintech, CASA, loans, credit cards etc, part of LIBOR transition program, NFSR analysis in the banking sector
- Demonstrated understanding on tools and systems in Banking including core banking, CRM, Temenos, CRAM etc.
- Experience in process improvement programs including automation and lean process management in retail and corporate banking processes including prospecting, onboarding, maintenance, servicing etc
- Demonstrated knowledge about finance value chain to identify gaps and suggest improvement areas in the processes and functions, Finance / Process transformation, Strategy and Future Roadmap, operating model design, benchmarking, Business Process re-engineering, Enterprise Performance Management
- Deep research capabilities to provide business intelligence to leadership, ability to develop proposals and Go-to-market materials
- Be creative, go-getter and take on any challenge to drive impact and results for our clients / engagement stakeholders
