Overview :
SUMMARY : The National Account Sales Representative assists the National Sales Director in promoting Bowlero Corp. as the premier group event destination.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.
Work with District Sales Representatives and center staff to ensure proper execution of each national group event.
Work with National Sales Director to identify and cultivate relationships with corporation and association event planners.
Organize and facilitate national group events at multiple centers throughout the nation.
Attend tradeshow and networking events, as assigned, to promote Bowlero Group sales.
Develop a marketing plan to capture prospective accounts in order to reach aggressive sales goals.
Maintain knowledge of best practices and sales successes to enhance programs, policies and procedures.
Effectively sell to CEO, CFO, controller and other senior management level people in multi-million dollar revenue companies.
Formulate analysis plans and gather, analyze, summarize and present large quantities of performance data.
Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Prepares business presentations and proposals.
Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and formulate and execute solutions or recommendations.
Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS : The National Account Sales Representative possess a highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills including a high degree of creativity and organization, with strong selling and negotiating skills, respect for all individuals (customers, vendors, and employees), solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc.
The position requires an assertive, self-motivated, innovative personality with a high level of initiative to work with multiple levels of sales coordinators and center staff.
Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays, as well as, extended workdays to support business needs.
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE : Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong outbound sales experience required. Three to five years job related skills in high-volume retail sales, product management and / or marketing required.
Knowledge of marketing and sales principles and experience is required. Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.

The approximate pay range for this position is $26.44 / HR plus 2% commission (based on total group sales revenue - excluding online sales.
Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
