Business Banking Loan Servicing Representative

The Business Banking Loan Servicing Representative provides administrative and clerical support for commercial bankers for all Business Banking Credit Center loans.
Responsibilities
- Establishes electronic commercial loans files for commercial bankers.
- Requests and reviews CIP documentation, credit reports, escrow, abstracts, title opinions, appraisals, and flood certifications.
- Requests and reviews hazard and flood insurance policies and determines proper coverage.
- Perfection of title, liens, and mortgages and reconciliation of fees associated.
- Responsible for loan disbursement and related activities.
- Assists bankers with compliance and policy requirements.
- Performs checkback for accuracy of elevated risk documentation / security instruments.
- Inputs, updates, and reviews data / reports from the document imaging system. This includes scanning and converting file documentation.
- Be the subject matter expert in the application process in order to assist a seamless experience for our customers both external and internal.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
