The Pool Maintenance technician will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall maintenance of the resort's pools, spas, and water features.
Responsibilities include ensuring that all aquatic facilities are operating efficiently, safely, and are aesthetically pleasin8g to provide a luxurious experience for our guests.
The technician will adhere to all health and safety regulations and resort standards to maintain our Forbes 5 Star rating.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in pool maintenance preferred.
- Certification as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pool maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, filtration systems, and water safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and adaptable to different environments.
- Diagnostic ability.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and / or pull; some climbing and balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and / or crawling;
and significant fine finger dexterity.
