Seeking a talented Sr. Manager, Experiential Marketing who can develop unique and meaningful experiences, within the music industry! The Partnerships team plays a critical role in defining and driving marketing strategy around new and existing content.
As Sr. Manager, Experiential Marketing , you will design and deliver experiential activations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and connect with artists, creators, and audiences and increasing brand awareness.

HYBRID - Santa Monica
PAY : $60 - $90 / hr
Responsibilities :
- Work cross-functionally with global marketing, brand, social, media, and music teams to craft and execute scalable campaigns.
- Manage high-touch experiential projects end-to-end, working with artists, creators, and stakeholders to ensure impactful activations.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and workflows, ensuring clear communication with partners and senior leadership.
- Build and maintain partnerships with top-tier vendors, agencies, and event organizers.
Qualifications :
- 8+ years in experiential marketing, event management, or integrated marketing, with a history of delivering innovative, high-impact campaigns.
- Expertise in the end-to-end experiential process, especially within a matrixed organization.
- Skilled collaborator, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
