WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
- EXPERIENCE : Proven track record in HVAC Sales or Service.
- SKILLS : Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- CUSTOMER FOCUS : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- RELIABILITY : A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Diagnose, repair, perform tune-ups, and maintain HVAC systems.
- Conduct sales consultations and provide customers with appropriate solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.

- Service tech hourly wage based on knowledge and experience. Spiffs and bonuses are also available.
