PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Oversee the preparation assigned  production to ensure the kitchen is fully ready

for next-day operations.

equipment shutdown / start-up, deep cleaning, and proper storage of ingredients.
