Qualifications

Required :

• Required : BCBA-D, BCBA, LMFT, or LCSW certification.
• Clear DOJ / FBI background check
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and willingness to travel locally between client sites.
• Required immunizations :

○ MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)

○ Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)

○ Varicella (chicken pox)

○ Hep B

○ TB (within 4 years)
