FOH Team Member

$16-17.50 / hr

Pay rate includes base hourly wage + tips.

Looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals that are customer service oriented and can provide a welcoming attitude to our customers As a team oriented company, we seek individuals that must be able to provide exceptional customer service, and display a positive attitude when interacting with our customers to make their visit to Alpaca a great experience.

The FOH Team Member role varies day to day. You may be responsible for any of the following duties on any certain day.

Duties : (full list of mixed duties)

• Customer Facing
• Have full knowledge of the menu
• Greet customers with enthusiasm and answer any customer questions about the menu.
• Food Service
• Learning proper portions
• Ensure that all product is available at all times and being served up to standards
• Checkout
• Assist in the checkout process, collect payment and bag food.
• Maintain an accurate cash register and run credit cards.
• Cleaning
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Touching on tables and bussing, and interacting with guests
• Additional
• Opening, closing and side duties that may include but not limited to cleaning and stocking.

We would then do a Spanish translation

Salario incluye salario base por hora + propinas .

Atención al Cliente

• Tener conocimiento completo de el menú
• Recibir a los clientes con entusiasmo y responder cualquier pregunta sobre el menú.

Servicio de Alimentos

• Aprender a servir las porciones adecuadas
• Asegurarse de que todos los productos estén disponibles en todo momento y se sirvan según los estándares.

Caja

• Asistir en el proceso de pago, recolectar pagos y empaquetar la comida.
• Mantener un registro de caja preciso y procesar tarjetas de crédito.

Limpieza

• Mantener la área del comedor limpia y organizada.
• Atender las mesas y tener comunicación con los huéspedes mientras se recogen platos.

Adicional

• Abrir, cerrar y realizar tareas adicionales que pueden incluir, pero no se limitan a limpieza y abastecimiento.
