Manufacturers Outside Sales Representative
SUMMARY : This position is responsible for opening new accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Generates new leads and develop new accounts in the Industrial Manufacturing Market.
- Educates potential customers on our products and services, and how they can benefit their operations.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing customers, demonstrating new product offerings to increase customer retention.
- Identifies new areas of growth within existing accounts.
- Collaborates with internal team members to ensure timely delivery of products and resolves any customer issues or concerns.
- Prepares reports and forecasts on sales activity and provides updates to management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
