Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant

About this role :

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant for the IT Data, Analytics and Reporting Services Product Management team.

This product provides accurate, consistent, and authoritative sources of Technology data by developing conformed / certified Technology data solutions, enabling reporting, analytics and process automation, and decreasing data proliferation.

In this role, you will :

• Assist the Product Manager in managing the IT Data, Analytics and Reporting Services product by contributing to the management of : Product strategy & vision Product roadmap Product area PI Planning Product financials Product reporting & metrics Cabinet routines
• Work as an advisor to more experienced leadership to influence technology matters to develop programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple lines of business or the enterprise
• Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plans
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions related to technology matters that are large-scale, cross functional, or companywide
• Engage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes
• Work independently and as part of a diverse, high-functioning team

Required Qualifications :

• 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
• 6+ months of experience with enterprise data warehousing, data lake concepts and SQL
• 2+ years of leading product-focused conversations and projects to ensure customer satisfaction and aligned business goal achievement

• Experience with Agile and Jira
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment, supporting many deliverables simultaneously
