AHF is searching for a Payroll Manager in our Los Angeles, Sunset location. This opportunity is to work on a Full Time, Regular basis.

An Associate Director of Payroll (ADP) contributes to AHF by assisting the Director of Payroll with managing the company's Payroll Department.

On a day to day basis, under general direction from the Director of Payroll, the Associate Director oversees payroll administration for our domestic operations.

The Associate Director of Payroll is responsible for monitoring all tasks necessary to accomplish the organization’s payroll processing and payroll accounting objectives, including supervision of Payroll Staff and management of relationships with Human Resources, Accounting, third-party accounting services providers, external auditors, and state and federal agencies.

The Associate Director of Payroll, time is divided between planning, coordinating and managing the functions of payroll and managing relationships to drive initiatives across the organization.

The Associate Director of Payroll enhances the reputation of AHF by providing payroll expertise and ensuring accurate and timely payroll in compliance with all applicable wage and hour laws.

Manage the accurate and timely year-end reporting of W-2s and other wage and labor filings. Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.

The Associate Director of Payroll will work as a part of a close-knit team to manage employee communications regarding any payroll-related items or initiatives.

Push for process improvements within the payroll department, develop relationship-building, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

This position is contract to hire.
