Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production machinery and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment including mechanical presses, hydraulic systems, and CNC machinery.
- Oversee electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, track performance metrics, and manage spare parts inventory.
- Provide training and mentorship to maintenance technicians.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime.
