Job Description

CNS in Salt Lake City is looking for CNA's to join their team.

Enjoy flexible schedules (MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM - 5PM) that only home health can provide. We'll keep you close to your home in Salt Lake County.

Responsibilities :

• Work as a member of a multi-disciplinary care team
• Provide quality supportive care to assigned clients in their place of residence
• Assist clients and / or caregivers to maximize comfort and minimize stress
• Personal care, exercise, simple treatments
• Light housekeeping, respite and emotional support
• Individual should be energetic with a strong love of taking care of others, especially elderly
Requirements :
• Must be 18
• Must be 18
• Current CNA license.
• Physically able to transfer patients.
• Experience is highly desirable.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
