Title : Litigation Associate Attorney (First-Party Property Homeowner's Insurance Claims - Plaintiff or Defense)
Location : California (Remote after 6-12 Weeks)
Salary : $175k-$235k+2-5% Commission of Settlement Fees Paid Quarterly
Qualifications
Ideally a minimum of 4 recent years of experience with the following :
- First-party property homeowners' insurance claims on the plaintiff or defense side (hailstorms, wildfires, floods, etc.)
- Must be able to attend occasional court appearances
- Additional FL, CO, AR, or NV license is a plus (earn up to 75k more on your base salary)
- Trial experience is a plus
Education
- JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar Association
