JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Investment Reporting Analyst will provide performance results in accordance with GIPS® Standards. This includes updating and maintaining the performance database and confirming the accuracy of performance return calculations using the GIPS® and NCREIF methodology, reviewing monthly and quarterly financial statements, and completing consultant / client / industry questionnaires.
Coordinates and processes bespoke client reporting. May assist in client presentations and maintain Yardi performance data.
Works with limited supervision.
Locations : Los Angeles, CA, Dallas, TX or Minneapolis, MN
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates, drafts, and produces regular & ad-hoc client and internal reporting requirements.
- Responsible for the accuracy of performance return calculations in Yardi and Excel.
- Ensures reports are accurate and completed within the requested timeframe.
- Investigates internal and external queries regarding client accounts.
- Communicates appropriately with the Manager or Head of Investment Reporting concerning all timetables and workflow.
- Develops and maintains a working familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and interpretations governing financial statements and disclosures.
- Develops and maintains awareness of regulatory changes affecting funds.
- Performs special projects as directed. May participate in the responses of RFPs which includes investment, financial, and performance information.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 4+ years of professional-level accounting or finance experience.
