THE OPPORTUNITY

Riskonnect understands Risk Management inside and out. It is the Professional Services team's mission to lead our customers through the journey of implementing Riskonnect software and drive their resulting success.

To do so, we train each colleague and leverage the industry leading 7 Principles of Professional Services as the backbone for customer success.

The Data Analyst role is one of the most pivotal positions on the team. This person supports, troubleshoots and streamlines production client data interfaces.

Using established tools and processes, the Data Analyst will validate data and review issues or anomalies to provide quality assurance.

The Data Analyst will also utilize their training and technical abilities to enable automation and add efficiencies to data interfaces.

The Data Analyst is the first point of contact with our clients for data related inquires. This team member will coordinate change requests, data issues and process updates with our clients and internal colleagues.

The Data Analyst will communicate with colleagues globally to ensure seamless support.

In addition to your innovative mindset and commitment to teamwork, you should possess the following skills and requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information science, or related field.
  • 1+ years of technical work experience : understanding basic programming, technical requirements, debugging skills and issue prioritization.
  • Industry experience (Software, Insurance, Risk Management, Claims industry).
  • Analyze, support and create reusable programming / repeatable processes to streamline project work.
  • Complexity of projects handled; ability to solve complex / escalated problems.
  • Ability to support multiple projects / clients : issue prioritization, multitasking.
  • Preferred Technical Qualifications including : PL SQL, SQL server, SSMS, SSIS, Oracle, Visual Studio, Salesforce Admin.
