We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer with comprehensive experience in the full application development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building, testing, and deploying PowerApps solutions in production environments.
This senior role requires someone who can seamlessly bridge business requirements with technical execution, delivering robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
Key Qualifications
Power Platform Expertise : Proven experience specifically with PowerApps, distinct from other Microsoft tools like Power BI and SharePoint;
5+ years of experience in developing business applications using Microsoft PowerApps.
- Team Leadership Experience : 5+ years of experience in a technical lead or team lead role.
- Lifecycle Management : Demonstrated ability to manage the complete application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Client-Facing Skills : Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Technical Skills
- Low-Code Development : Deep knowledge of low-code development practices, particularly within the Power Platform.
- Data Manipulation : Experience in creating applications that can handle and standardize data from multiple sources with varying formats and structures.
This includes a range of tasks, from basic to lead-level data manipulation, such as :
- Transforming and normalizing data across different field configurations.
- Integrating and reconciling data from disparate systems.
- Implementing data validation and cleansing processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Azure Experience : 3+ years of experience with Azure services, including integration and deployment within the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Workflow Automation : Ability to automate workflows that standardize and process data within a database.
Problem-Solving Ability
Candidates should demonstrate a structured thought process when approached with use cases. For example, the ability to devise comprehensive solutions for complex data handling scenarios.

- Integration Skills : Experience integrating PowerApps with SQL databases and other data sources.
- Hands-On Project Experience : A portfolio of completed projects showcasing successful implementations of PowerApps solutions.
